Shipping policy

All orders are dispatched from our facility in Ludhiana, Punjab, within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.

Delivery times — Metro cities: typically 2–4 business days after dispatch. Rest of India: typically 4–7 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees; courier delays, weather and regional disruptions can extend them.

Shipping charges — Free standard delivery on orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, the shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking — You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 48 hours, contact us at funqubittechnologies@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 94414 90004.

Undeliverable packages — If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or delivery could not be completed, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
